Skies of Ticivorna
These notes are scribbled in distracted hand, like the author was just writing down an outline he intended to expand later
Bombed some draugr back to the abyss using fire, smoke, and airship fuel (Thaddeus set up the big boom). This cleared space for establishing a beachhead. From there, we worked our way north to the Spire that connects Lower and Upper Rustview. Met a civilian, turns out I look like a draugr. He put up a rather impressive fight and was a master of the dark art of janitorial combat, but we got him to leave without anyone dying. We then met some noble snot on guard duty at the spire; we “convinced” him that we were Agents of Upper Rustview, but he decided to not let us in to spite his father (who assigned him to guard duty). After that, we made it to city hall and met back up with Captain Gerard. He’s out of rehab and feeling frisky. Apparently, he had just finished a less-than-successful charge into enemy territory with his faithful companion, Nimrod. He managed to buy time so some civilians could evacuate and it only cost him 5 soldiers. Anyway, we joined up with him, the Admiral, and Lieutenant (?) Abel, the big priest dude. Abel bickered with Silas for a while and then healed us, apparently knocking himself out in the process. I smell magic. Divine magic, specifically. Smells like roses. We’re going to spend the day looking for a shard of Ashurta’s crown in Upper Rustview, since that seems like a good candidate for what Ashurta would be looking for.
